      Sample Report: Orders Activity Square Footages Listed By Phase In A Month

      This sample  Report shows the square footage for Template Activities performed in a month in all Phases.

      The area is measured and recorded in CounterGo and the information is brought to Systemize in the Order area. You can run this Report for any Activity, or even multiple Activities, over any time period you choose. The key pieces to think about are what activity are you measuring by, and if you want to run that off the first Activity in a Phase or the last. 

      1. Go to Reports > click on +Create.
      2. Select the Reporting criteria :
        orders area, measure total area, time field template date for orders reporting
      3. To show only Template Activities, click the + icon across from Filter and add a Filter for Activity Type is Template.
      4. Click the + icon across from Display Fields to add the Fields to view.
      5. Save this Report for quick access in the future.
