Video: Create & Format Job Form Fields

Hi, welcome to Systemize videos. Let's take a look at creating and formatting Job Form Fields.

Go to Settings, Job, Job Forms. Click on the name of a Form to open. Use the Add icon to add Fields. New Fields are placed at the bottom of Forms by default. Click, hold, and drag to reposition. Two blue arrows with orange lines indicate where the Field will be placed.

Click inside a Field to make changes.

Cell Options change the properties of the Field box, like line, weight, and color. Label Options change the properties of titles or labels of Fields, including font, color, and background, fill.  Value Options change the text and background inside a Field box.

When Fields are added or modified in existing Forms, updates automatically appear in existing Jobs where they're used.
