Multiple Dependencies In An Activity

While having multiple Dependencies on an Activity is usually not desirable, it can be useful when the Dependencies are designed to trigger based on either of two other Activities.

For example, you might have Install dependent on either Template or Drawings Received. In this example, retail Jobs have a Template Activity, while some builder Jobs have the "Drawings Received" Activity instead.

It is possible to have two Dependencies applied to the same Activity, but you need to have a well-dialed-in process. And remember, Auto-Schedule calculates the last possible date that meets the multiple constraints. 

Add multiple dependencies to the same Activity with caution.

EXAMPLE: Fabrication auto-scheduled based on Template or Install date.

Once the Template and/or Install date is entered, the Fabrication date is automatically populated.
