Show Vacation Days

You can add an appointment to the Calendar to show that someone is on vacation or out of the office.

  1. When looking at your Calendar you can click in a square on time spot, or click +Appointment at the top.

  2. Fill in the information about your vacation day.  If the person will be out the entire day be sure to choose a duration that will block out the entire time span.
  3. If you would like this to be for more than one day click the "..." icon next to Recurring.

  4. Now you can specify the number of days. Click Save.
