Add Lead Numbers

If you would like your Leads to be assigned a number when you create a Lead, you can add an Auto-number Lead Field to your lead process.

  1. Go to Settings > Job > Job Fields.
  2. At the top for Process click Lead.
  3. Press + Create at the top of the page.
  4. In the Name field, type in "Lead Number".
  5. In the Data Type choose Auto-number.

  6. Adding a prefix or suffix to the number is optional. If you'd like to add either one, or both, type in the Auto-Number Prefix or Suffix box.
  7. Click Save.
