Track Appointments For Different Locations

For Systemize customers with a different fabrication shop in another location, Appointments can be separated out for each location. You can create an Appointment Category, then filter the view on the Calendar. See Related Articles for filtering and saving Calendar Views.


To add an Appointment category

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Appointment Categories
  2. Press + Create at the top
  3. Add a new category for Shop

To create a filtered calendar view for Shop

  1. Go to Calendar > Options.
  2. Make sure that your Activity Types include Appointment.Include appointment in calendar view
  3. Click the + to the right of Filters and set the following options:
    Filter Type: Appointment Field
    Appointment Category is: Shop
  4. Click Save.
