Add an Existing Activity to a New Process

Sometimes you might find that you have an Activity you'd like to include in another Process. One example would be if you start using a Leads Process and find you'd like to include your Template Activity.  Here are instructions for including the Template Activity in your Leads Process. To Include Template in your Leads Process

  1. Go to Settings > Job > Activity Types.
  2. Next to Process click All.
  3. On the right side of Template Click the No under the Lead process.
  4. Click Add.
