Lead View: Leads Needing Follow Ups

For a Salesperson, this is the most commonly used Lead View.  It displays all of the sales Leads that have a follow-up Activity scheduled with the dates and times. This is commonly sorted by the next follow up Activity date.

Select which columns are displayed in the View by adding or deleting Display Fields.

For the Assigned To option, that is set to Any becuase an Assignee is not the same as a Salesperson. If Salespeople have also been added as Assignees, then an Assignee can be selected.

Once Filters and Display Fields have been applied, Save the View for quick access later.


    1. Click on Leads from the left side navigation.
    2. Click on Customize from the top menu >  Add Filter icon across from Filters.
    3. Click the + to the right of Filters.
      Filter Type: Lead Activity Status
      At least one
      Activity Type: select appropriate Activities like Phone Call, Email
      Is Not Canceled, Complete
      Assigned To:
      Any
