Remove Unserialized Material

If you estimate needed square footage on a Job Activity before you assign Serial Numbers, you may end up with some leftover Unserialized square footage that looks something like this:

If you complete the Activity without cleaning up that allocation, it will mess up your totals. It's easy to clean up following the steps below.

  1. Click on the Product Variant. In our example above that is "Granite Alaskan White 2CM".
  2. Click the Product Variant again on the next screen.  
  3. Change the amount of Unserialized material to zero and Save.
  4. Now you can complete your Job Activity when it's done.
