Remove Inactive Assignees
Needs to remove an Assignee form an Activity or Appointment after you inactivated them as an Assignee? First, reactivate the Assignee, then open the Activity or Appointment and remove them. Once you have removed the Assignee, inactivate them as an Assignee again.
- Go to Settings > Job > Assignees > Click on the greyed-out Assignee to reactivate > Uncheck Inactivate to reactivate the user.
- Open the Activity or Appointment > Click on the Multiple icon next to Assigned To > Uncheck the Assignee to remove > Save the Activity or Appointment.
- Go back to Settings > Job > Assignees > click on the Assignee > Check the box to Inactivate.
