Add Activity Types To Existing Templates

Have you added a new Activity Type that needs to be in every Job going forward? Add the Activity to the existing Job Template and it will auto-populate in all future Jobs created.

When adding Activity Types to Templates, the Activity Type needs to be part of the Process that the Template is used in. How can you tell? When you add the Activity to the Template, check to make sure there is a "Yes" in the Process column. If it says "No" update the Activity Type to add it to the Process it is to be used in.

  1. Go to Settings > Job > Templates.
  2. Click on the name of the Template to update.
  3. Click on the Multiple icon then check the Activity Type to include.
