EE: Add Optional Text To Quote Templates

Create hidden Text lines in a Quote Template to make optional waivers, terms, or other information, available on any Quote created with the Template. Unhide/hide the necessary lines when you create a new Quote.

  1. Create a new Quote as a Quote Template.create a quote template for optional text terms
  2. Add Quote Lines for each optional terms, waivers, etc., and mark each one as hidden.
  3. Use the Template when you create a new Quote, select each Text Field and unhide as needed.create optional hidden text fields
