Active User VS Licensed User Counts After Disabling or Deleting A Systemize User
When a User is removed from Systemize, the number of Active Users and Licensed Users may not match temporarily.
The number of Active Users will show the revised count, and the number of Licensed Users will update at the end of the billing cycle.
Active Users are users that currently have login access to Systemize.
Licensed Users are how many licenses were originally purchased during that billing period. A Disabled or Deleted User does not have access to Systemize while their License is being removed.
