It is sometimes useful to create an Activity Form that you can print for all Cut or Fabrication Activities on your Calendar.


  1. Go to Settings > Job > Activity Forms.
  2. Click on the Name of the Form To Edit or create a new Form.
  3. Click the Add Field icon > Select Activity Info as the Data Type > Select Activity Material as the Name.
  4. Click inside the newly added Field and click the Configure button,
  5. Select any additional options to display within the Field then Save.
