Add Or Edit Display Fields In Job Views
The columns that show in Job Views are determined by which Display Fields are selected. Add or edit Display Fields to show only the information you need to see.
When customizing Job Views, Display Fields in use and and all possible Display Fields can be viewed. The Display Field at the top of your selections will be the first column shown on the left in the Job View.
Adjusting Display Fields can create specific Views. Be sure to Save the View for quick access later.
REMOVE OR CHANGE DISPLAY FIELD ORDER
- Select Jobs from the left side menu bar.
- Click the Customize button from the top menu.
- Remove a Display Field by clicking the Remove icon on the right side of the Field.
- Click and hold the Double Arrow on the left side to move the Display Field up or down.
- Click Apply.
ADD/REMOVE/CHANGE DISPLAY FIELD ORDER
- Select Jobs from the left side menu bar.
- Click the Customize button from the top menu.
- Click the Add icon to add Display Fields.
- Expand any group, then click once on the Field on the left to move it to the right.
- Remove a Display Field by clicking the Remove icon on the right side of the Field.
- Click and hold the Double Arrow on the left side to move the Display Field up or down.
- Click Apply > click Apply again.
