Add Or Edit Required Form Field

Do you have Fields in a Job Form that need to be filled in by Users? Fields that require data input that have been added to a Form can be set to Required, so they must have information added before a Form can be closed.

Only certain Data Input type Fields can be made Required, including Currency, Date, Link, List of Values, Multi-line Text, Number, or Text.

Required Fields are indicated by an asterisk when editing. 

Click inside any Field to edit once created.


ADD A REQUIRED FIELD

  1. Go to Settings > Job > Job Forms > click the name of the Form to edit.
  2. Click the Add Field icon > Select a Data Input Field.
  3. Name the Field > check Required > Save.
