Automatically Include Forms In New Jobs You can add Job Forms to your Job Template to have them included automatically on all new Jobs. Go to Settings > Job > Templates. Click on the underlined name of the template you'd like to modify. Click the double check-marks to the right of forms and select the form to add. Press Save.
