Change The Account For A Job

Need to move an existing Job to a different Account? Jobs can easily be moved from one Account to another in Systemize.

If the Job was created from a CounterGo Quote or Order, both Accounts must be associated with the same Price Lists before attempting to move the Job.

  1. In the Job click the Edit Job Info icon.
  2. Click the Move Job icon at the top of the Edit Job Info box.
  3. Begin typing the name of an existing Account in the Move To Account field, or click on the More button to select an existing Account.
  4. Clicking on the Add icon at the top of the Select Account box will allow you to create a new Account.
