Correct Unserialized Material Allocated To A Job

Occasionally, you may find that you have a Product that shows as Unserialized that is allocated to a Job, and it needs to be Serialized. Assign Serial Numbers from the Job to correct this.

  1. Click on the Unserialized Material allocated to the Activity.
  2. Click the button for Serial Numbers.
  3. Select the Serial Numbers and click Save.
  4. To remove the Unserialized amount, click on the underlined Product Variant.
  5. Change the amount to zero and click Save.
  6. Go back to your Job Activities, you'll see the Material is Serialized.
