Create A Systemize Job Directly From CounterGo

When using both Systemize and CounterGo, Jobs can be created directly from CounterGo Quotes or Orders.

If a Job has already been created in  Systemize, it can be assigned to a Quote in CounterGo, to pull Quote information into Systemize.

When creating Jobs form Standalone Quotes or Orders, you will be prompted to also create an Account since every Systemize Job must be in an Account.

Create A Systemize Job From A CounterGo Order

CREATE A JOB FROM A STANDALONE QUOTE

1. In CounterGo, go to Quotes > Click on the Name of a Quote to open.
2. Click the Create Account icon across from Quote Info to create an Account and a Job at the same time.
3. By default the Account Name will be the same as the Quote Name, make any edits.
4. Select Create Job to create a Job at the same time as creating an Account.
5. Select which Job Template to use > Save.

CREATE A JOB FROM A QUOTE IN AN ACCOUNT

1. In CounterGo, go to Quotes > Click on the Name of a Quote to open.
2. Click the Create Job icon across from Quote Info.
3. By default the Job Name will be the same as the Quote Name, make any edits if needed.
4. Select which Job Template to use > Save.

1. In CounterGo, go to Orders > Click on the Name of an Order to open.
2. Click the Create Account icon across from Order Info.
3. By default the Account Name will be the same as the Order Name, make any edits.
4. Select Create Job to create a Job at the same time as creating an Account.
5. Select which Job Template to use > Save.

1. In CounterGo, go to Orders > Click on the Name of an Order to open.
2. Click the Create Job icon across from Order Info.
