Do you want to organize your Accounts by Account type? Create a List Of Values Account Field that will appear in the Account Info Area. Select the type of Account from the drop-down list for the new Account Field.
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Fields.
- Click the Create button form the top menu bar > Name the Account Field > Select List Of Values for Data Type.
- Enter each Account type, one per line > Select any additional options > Save.
- Go to Settings > Account > Accounts > open an Account.
- Click the Edit Account Info icon > Select an Account Type from the drop-down list for the new Account Field.
