      Inactivate A Shop User

      If you need to remove a Shop User, or temporarily suspend their access to your database, you can disable the Shop User under Shop Settings.

      We recommend disabling Users instead of deleting, so you maintain a record of work they did. Disabled Shop User do not have access to the database, they can not log in.

      There is no charge for a disabled Shop User.

      1. Go to Settings > Shop > Users.
      2. Click on the name of the Shop User.
      3. Check the Disabled box then Save.
