Inactivate Or Delete Salespeople

You either can inactivate or delete Salespeople. If you want to keep the history of what those people did in the past, inactivate salespeople that are no longer needed. Their name will no longer be available to select from the Salesperson drop-down list but will appear as in inactive on any Jobs they have previously worked on.

Deleting a Salesperson will remove their information from all Jobs they previously worked on.

INACTIVATE A SALESPERSON

1. Go to Settings > Job > Salespeople.
2. Click on the name of a Salesperson.
3. Check the box for inactive, then click Save.
   

DELETE A SALESPERSON

1. Go Settings > Job > Salespeople.
2. Click on the name of a Salesperson.
3. Click the Delete icon, and press Delete to confirm.
   WARNING: Deleting a Salesperson will remove them from all previous Jobs they worked on.
