Do you need to see a list of Jobs that have certain Activities that are missing Dates? Create a Job View with a Filter to show the Job and the Activity missing a Date.
Be sure to Save the Job View for quick access later.
- Go to Jobs > Click the Customize button in the top menu bar.
- Remove any Filters by clicking the Remove icon to the right of the Filter.
- Click the Add icon across from Filters > Select Job Activity Status.
- Select At Least One > Select an Activity from the drop-down list, or use the Select Multiple button to add more than one Activity.
- Click on the Change icon > Select Empty > Save.
- Adjust the Display Fields if needed > Apply.
