Do you want to view Install dates along with their associated Fabrication dates? Since Calendar Views only display one Activity, create a Job View to list Job Name, Installation Date and Fabrication Date, along with any other Field that is helpful for your shop.
Start in any Job View, and clear all the Filters, then follow the steps below.
Change the number of days to any time period that is useful for you. When applying the second filter, change 30 days to another number.
Save the Job View for quick access later.
CLEAR ALL FILTERS & ADD JOB STATUS FILTER
- From any Job View > Click the Customize View button > remove all Filters by clicking the Remove icon on the right side of a Filter.
- Click the Add icon across from Filter > Select Job Field and Job Status > Select Active, Unscheduled, 30+ Days Old > Save.
ADD FILTER FOR UPCOMING INSTALLS IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS
- Click the Add icon across from Filters> Select Job Activity Status.
- In the first drop down box, select At least one > Select Install as the Activity Type.
- Next to Start Date, click the Change icon > Select Range Of Dates.
- Next to From, click the Change icon and select # of days from today > enter zero in the box.
- Next to To, click the Change icon and select # of days from today > enter 30 in the box.
- Set the Status to Is Not Complete > Save.
ADD DISPLAY FIELDS
- Click the Add icon across from Display Fields.
- From the left column, click to add Job Name under Job > add Install-Date and Fabrication-Date under Job Activities.
- Add any other Fields that are important for your View > Apply > Apply.
- Save the Job View.
