Are you locked out of your Moraware account after failed login attempts? Admin Users can set minimums for session timeouts, login attempts, and time to auto-unlock. This article will list the defaults, your system settings may differ.

If you find yourself locked out due to incorrect logins, there are a few options to resolve the situation.
RESET PASSWORD
If you have an email associated with your account, click on " Forgot your password?" to have a reset link sent to you.
AUTO UNLOCK
Wait 15 minutes and try again. The default auto-unlock is 15 minutes, but your Admin may have set this to a longer or shorter amount of time.
CONTACT YOUR ADMIN USER
Contact an Admin User(s) for your database. This is someone in your company who has an Administrator Role. They can let you know how long to wait before you try logging again, or they can reset your password for you.
