My Views And Shared Views

Not sure about the difference between saving a Job or Calendar View as  My View or Shared View?
My Views are unique to that login username.
Shared Views are saved globally for everyone who logs into the system.

If you don’t see the Shared View option, you don’t have the required permission to save a Shared View. Check with someone at your company who has Administrator privileges to request a change.

Admin Users will also see the option to save as an External View for any External Users in the system.
