Organize Appointments With Categories

You can use Appointment Categories to organize your appointments, and filter Calendar Views or Report.


CREATE APPOINTMENT CATEGORIES

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Appointment Categories.
  2. Click the Create button from the top to make a new Category.
  3. Enter the Name and choose a Display Color.

FILTER A CALENDAR VIEW BY AN APPOINTMENT CATEGORY

  1. Go to Calendar > Customize.
  2. Select Appointment as the Activity Type.
  3. Click the Add Filters icon and select Appointment.
  4. Select Appointment Field as the Filter Type.
  5. Check the Appointment Category to filter by.
