      Print Purchase Order Without Costs

      This article supports Legacy Inventory, previously known as Systemize Inventory Edition, which is supported but no longer available for purchase.

      To print a Purchase Order without costs displayed, you will need to modify a Purchase Order Form. You might want to duplicate the Form and save it with a new name. Some fabricators use this PO with no prices as part of their shop ticket information for Jobs with special orders. 

      1. Go to Settings > Inventory > Purchase Order Forms.
      2. Click on the Form you would like to modify.
      3. Click the Edit button to the right of Form Template Info.
      4. Un-check the box for Display Cost.
      5. Click Save.
