Including the Appointment Activity in your Shop Views requires you include Appointments in your Shop Views settings. You will also need to make sure that each Shop User's settings have Appointments selected as a type if Job Activity they can see.
SHOW APPOINTMENTS IN A SHOP VIEW
- Go to Settings > Shop > Views.
- Click on the Shop View you would like to edit.
- Next to Show Only Activities Of Types click the double checkmarks.
- Select Appointment and click Save.
CHECK THAT THE SHOP USER CAN SEE APPOINTMENTS
- Go to Settings > Shop > Users.
- Click the User you need to edit.
- To the right of Activity Type click the double checkmarks.
- Make sure Appointment is checked, then click Save.
