Update Systemize Billing Info & View Past Invoices

Use the Billing Portal in CounterGo or Systemize to update your Company Address, your Primary Contact, and Payment Method. This is also where you can view Invoices and pay outstanding balances.

NOTE: You must have Administrator User privileges for the Billing menu item to appear.


  1. In Systemize go to Settings > Billing.
  2. The Billing Portal lets you update your credit card at any time, and you can view past Invoices by clicking on an Invoice Number.
  3. Click on the Edit icon across from the Billing area to update.
  4. Click the Add Contact icon to add additional Contacts.
  5. Sign out from the Billing Portal via the icon in the upper right corner.
