Video: Create Your First Systemize Account

TRANSCRIPT:

Welcome to Create Your First Systemize Account!

When you're just starting, the quickest way to learn Systemize is by making Jobs, even practice ones. In Systemize, all Jobs are organized by Accounts. No matter how you set up accounts in your business, every Job in Systemize must be assigned to an Account.

When you create a Job, you can create an Account at the same time. You can also enter and manage your Accounts all in one place without creating a Job. From the left side, navigation, click on Settings, Account, Accounts. This is where you'll see all your Accounts in one place. Let's add an Account then look at the details page of that account.

Click the Create button at the top. Name the account. If you also use Moraware CounterGo, you'll see your Price List associated with the Account.

This is the Account Details page, visible once you create an account. More information will automatically appear on this page once you start creating Jobs. There's also a space to add an Account Address and Contacts for the Account, with their information. From the left side navigation, click on Accounts to see a full list of all Accounts displayed.

The display columns can be customized. In the top menu bar, click the Customize button. Add, remove, or reorder, which columns are displayed, and you can add or remove filters. These features will become more useful as you add more Accounts. If you customize an Accounts View and plan to use it again, click the Save button in the top menu bar to save the View for quick access later.

When saving an Account, Job, or Calendar view, you have the option to save it as a Shared View or My View. A Shared View means it will be available for any of the Users who log into your database. When you save Views as My View, they're only available for your login credentials.

Like the Account Details page, the Accounts View will automatically fill in more information as you create more Accounts and Jobs.

We've covered how to create an Account, where to manage your Accounts and how to customize and save Accounts Views.
