Edit Job Forms From The Calendar

Do you need to edit information from a Job Form displayed in a Calendar Field? When a Form Field is displayed in a Calendar View, clicking on an Activity for that Job will allow you to edit details of the Form directly from the Calendar.

Changes made are immediately available and updated in the Job as well.

Only the Forms that have a Field displayed are accessible from the Calendar. To access a Job Form that does not have a Field displayed, go to the Job or add a Display Field.  For more information on Calendar Display Fields, see Related Articles below.

1. From any Calendar View, click on an Activity.
2. Any Form that has a Field displayed in that Activity will be listed.
3. Click the Edit icon to open the Job Form.
